How enquiry information is handled.

Information you provide

When you contact or book Dreaming Spirit, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, phone number, event location, audience information and details about an event or project. Only provide information needed for the enquiry.

How it is used

Information is used to respond, confirm cultural authority and availability, prepare quotations, coordinate delivery, issue business records and maintain the working relationship. It is not sold.

Booking provider

The booking calendar is provided by Acuity Scheduling. Information entered into that calendar is handled through Acuity and its related service providers under their privacy practices. Square and PayPal are connected to Acuity for optional booking payments. Dreaming Spirit’s website does not receive or retain your full card details.

Shop and payment provider

Shop payments are processed by Square. Square receives the payment, billing and order information needed to complete the purchase, provide a receipt, prevent fraud and support the transaction. Dreaming Spirit does not receive or store your full card number. Order contact and delivery details may be retained to make, fulfil and support your purchase.

Website and email

Email messages and website enquiries may be retained as business correspondence. Basic hosting, security and analytics services may record technical information such as browser type, approximate location, device and pages visited.

Access and correction

To ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held by Dreaming Spirit, contact moonblood84@gmail.com or call 0476 534 225. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, insurance or cultural-project accountability.

Cultural and intellectual property

Submitting cultural information, artwork or stories does not transfer ownership. Cultural material and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property require separate, explicit discussion and agreement.
