Prices and secure payment

Shop prices are shown in Australian dollars. Dreaming Spirit is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or added to the prices shown. Square may display its standard Australian message “Total price includes GST”; no GST amount is charged, and the checkout total is only the item price plus the delivery charge shown before payment is confirmed.

Prints and clothing

Dreaming Spirit prepares and quality-checks each order. The expected preparation and dispatch timeframe is shown on the relevant product page or during checkout. Please check artwork size, clothing size, colour, materials and care information before ordering. Colours may appear slightly different across screens.

Original artworks

An original artwork is a one-of-one physical work. The first completed payment secures an available original. Dimensions, medium, framing and delivery or collection arrangements are stated with the work or confirmed directly before dispatch.

Shipping and collection

Delivery is available Australia-wide and is charged at checkout according to the item and parcel size.

Tracking details are provided when the selected delivery service supports tracking. Customers should ensure the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and correct.

Change of mind

Unless a product page says otherwise, Dreaming Spirit does not offer change-of-mind returns for made-to-order clothing, signed prints or original artwork. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is significantly different from its description or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees, contact moonblood84@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs where relevant. Dreaming Spirit will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Physical ownership and artwork rights

Purchasing clothing, a print or an original artwork transfers ownership of that physical item only. Copyright, reproduction, adaptation, publishing, merchandising and commercial-use rights do not transfer. Artwork must not be copied, digitised, altered, reproduced on other products, used in branding or used commercially without written permission.

Cultural respect

Dreaming Spirit artworks carry cultural meaning and Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property. Every work should be displayed, worn and shared with respect for its story, cultural integrity and the authority of the artist.
