Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry, calendar request or discussion does not by itself confirm a booking. The engagement is confirmed when scope, Country and cultural authority, date, schedule, fees, travel, resources and relevant requirements have been agreed.

Formal quotation

Published prices are standard starting points. A formal quotation follows confirmed requirements. Each service is budgeted separately unless a combined scope is agreed in writing.

Notice and availability

At least one week’s notice is preferred for ceremonies. More time is recommended for major events, schools, creative work and consulting. Urgent requests are considered subject to availability and preparation requirements.

Venue responsibilities

The organiser is responsible for safe access, parking, a clear event contact, agreed staging and audio, weather planning and any venue approval required for smoke or fire. Accessibility needs should be shared early.

Travel and additional costs

Travel, accommodation, materials, production, performers, urgent preparation or extended time may be charged in addition to the base service.

Changes and cancellation

Advise Dreaming Spirit as early as possible. Significant changes to date, location, timing, audience, service or scope may require a revised quotation. Cancellation charges may apply where preparation, travel or booked time cannot reasonably be recovered.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the formal quotation or invoice. No service is treated as unpaid or in-kind unless that arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.

Photography and cultural material

Photography, filming, recording, reproduction of artwork, use of words spoken in ceremony and use of cultural stories are not automatically permitted. Obtain agreement before recording or publishing.
